It issues advertisers and companies such as eBay a number which can be attached to newspaper ads or billboards. The customers can call the number and disconnect in order to avoid getting charged by leaving a missed call. After, the customers receive either a call in return or a text containing information about deals, coupons or other marketing messages for free.
