The startup, created in 2015 in San Francisco, provides businesses with an online method for offering customised presents to their staff. As of October 2022, the company also offers an online giving platform for individual users. The mobile and desktop-accessible Snappy Gifts system provides firms with software for customised employee gifts based on information such as age, gender, and region. It can also be synchronized to make gift suggestions based on time-sensitive events such as birthdays and work anniversaries. Presents are delivered via text message or email. The receiver receives a "virtual scratch card" that reveals the present selected by their company. The employee may then approve or reject the purchase request, while the employer receives an email containing the request. Snappy Presents is available via Amazon, Birchbox, Cloud9Living, and Best Buy, among others. Also, the system has a "thank you" note option, allowing managers to see the direct impact on their staff. Since its start in 2015, Snappy Gifts has won a number of accolades, including the No. 15 spot on Inc. 5000's list of America's fastest-growing companies for three-year revenue growth of nearly 18,700%.
