The Business Model of F45 Training

F45 is a global fitness community based in Texas that specialises in innovative and high-intensity group workouts. The ''F'' stands for functional training, which at F45 always has a total time of only 45 minutes and are a mix of circuit and hit-style workouts. 
There are already 1,750 F45 studios worldwide and is currently one of the fastest growing fitness franchises in the world. The company was founded in 2011 by Adam Gilchrist and Rob Deutsch, with the idea of modernising the gym industry. The first F45 studio opened in Sydney in 2021. F45 also offers challenges that can be completed in an F45 studio or at home, usually over a period of 4-12 weeks. Not only are training plans and online workouts provided, but also recipes, nutrition tips and a tracking app.
